The New York Style Loft room was a standout with really good furnishings and double-glazed windows, ensuring peace and comfort. The dining experience at Luma provided five-star quality. The kids had a blast at the pool. The initial check-in process was slightly slower than expected, which took away from the otherwise smooth experience.

The service was welcoming, including a very early check-in. The restaurant was pretty good for dinner here, I had innovative dishes...

The hotel staff were very efficient on check in and check out. The gym and swimming pool facitilities were very good and open 24 hours, so I enjoyed a session on my own at 10pm at night which was great.
The rooms were nice but they did have a suitable for buisness rather than uber luxury feel.

Great cocktails and friendly staff, but loft room wasn't ideal for seniors.

The design and presentation of the hotel with its sophistication, classiness and complexity was amazing. One of the best interior and exterior designs I've seen in a hotel I've stayed in. Well done.
No maps of the city (and what to do in Adelaide CBD specifically).

Fabulous staff! We arrived before the hotel's published check in time and were able to access our room an d the staff were so helpful.
Breakfast was expensive and very 'old fashioned'. Although there was an option to have eggs cooked by the chef, most hot food was precooked and presented in small pans. Not very apetizing.

Unbeatable and stunning location, I really enjoyed almost everything.
The stay here was FABULOUS for 1 night. The property was in the middle of the city. It was located in a lovely area not far from the Railway Station, Art Gallery, Museum, Government House and Parliament House and mall, an excellent place for me.

what I like best was the valet parking service - lot of good support - thanks ot that team
yes the playford was very hard to find I only had the street number and could not find it because of all of the umbrellas and drinking stalls out the front - I drove around the block and finally found bby walking up and down the street.

The loft room we stayed in was amazing, super spacious and clean, making it a perfect getaway for us. We really enjoyed relaxing in the heated swimming pool and the sauna, which was such a nice bonus. Just a heads up, we did wait a bit longer at check-in than expected, but it didn’t ruin our lovely stay. 😊

Space, cleanliness, luxury products eg lotions, shampoos, easy to use facilities, great safe bathroom, coffee voucher.
Noisy loud voices carrying to room from street underneath late at night/early morning from hotel and bars close by - not fault of Sebel
